Mobile Installation

Baseguard is available for iOS and Android devices, providing secure mesh VPN connectivity on the go.

iOS

Requirements

• iOS 18.0 or later
• iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Installation

1. Open the App Store on your device
2. Search for "Baseguard"
3. Tap Get to download and install
4. Open the app and grant VPN permissions when prompted

Configuration

1. Login: Tap Sign In and enter your credentials
2. Authorize: Complete the device authorization flow
3. Connect: Tap the Connect button
4. Allow VPN: Approve the VPN configuration when prompted

VPN Permission

iOS will ask to add a VPN configuration on first connection:

1. A prompt will appear: "Baseguard Would Like to Add VPN Configurations"
2. Tap Allow
3. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode

Android

Requirements

• Android 10.0 (API level 29) or later
• Google Play Services (for Play Store installation)

Installation

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Search for "Baseguard"
3. Tap Install
4. Open the app after installation

Configuration

1. Login: Tap Sign In and enter your credentials
2. Authorize: Complete the device authorization flow
3. Connect: Tap the Connect button
4. Allow VPN: Approve the VPN connection request

VPN Permission

Android will ask for VPN permission on first connection:

1. A dialog will appear: "Connection request"
2. Check "I trust this application"
3. Tap OK
